Water heaters are all we do. Call in the morning and you can have hot water again by dinner.
Your job does not sit behind a drain call, a remodel or a service board full of other trades. Water heaters are the only thing on our schedule.
Sizing, permit, install and cleanup happen in the same trip. Nothing gets pushed to next week.
You approve a flat number first. No stopping halfway to renegotiate once the old tank is out.
Contractor license 086287, bonded and insured, with a permit pulled on every replacement.
Tap the unit you need. Prices are complete installed prices, not equipment only.
Everything below costs less when it happens during the same visit.
Oklahoma water is hard. Minerals settle in the bottom of your tank and bake into a crust between the burner and the water, so the heater works harder, costs more to run, and rusts through years early. Flush a tank once a year, twice if your water is especially hard or the unit is already several years old. Tankless units need a descale every year, and skipping it is the most common reason one fails early and the fastest way to void the warranty.
Pick a day and an arrival window. Your request goes to us as a text and we confirm right back.
Choose a unit, then fill in your address, day and time.
This opens your text app with everything filled in. Nothing sends until you hit send. The estimate above is confirmed on site before any work starts.

Three things account for nearly every call we take. Here is the honest answer on each one.
Usually a repair
On gas it is normally the pilot, thermocouple or gas valve. On electric it is an element or thermostat. Worth diagnosing before you spend on a new unit.
Replace it
If it is coming from the tank itself, the tank has rusted through and there is no repair for that. Shut off the water and the gas or breaker, then call.
Could be either
Sediment, a failed lower element or a dip tube will all do it. So will a tank that was undersized for the house from day one.
Tell us the fuel type and roughly how old it is. A photo of the label tells us more than anything else you can say.
This is where bad quotes come from. Getting it right up front is why our number does not move later.
In writing, before any work starts. If code requires a pan or an expansion tank, it is already in that number.
Most tank replacements take a few hours. Warranty paperwork is in your hand before we leave.
A water heater fails without warning. You can check what you qualify for in a couple of minutes without affecting your credit score.
Approval and terms come from the lender, not from us.
The Oklahoma City metro and the towns around it.
For a standard tank replacement, yes, when you call early enough in the day and we have your size and fuel type available. A tankless conversion usually needs a day to size the gas line and venting properly.
Eight to twelve years on a tank. Hard water shortens that, which is what flushing and the inline filter are for. Tankless units run fifteen to twenty because the parts that wear can be replaced.
Yes. Water heater replacement is permitted work in this metro, and an unpermitted install can come back on you when you sell the house. We pull it.
It depends on your gas line and venting more than anything else. When a house can take one without major modification it is a good buy. When it cannot, that cost is real and we show you the number before you decide.
